general rules ;;
001. everyone must respect everyone. this includes staff, senior members, new members, etc. everyone means everyone.

002. no fighting. its really annoying to by-standers and it is hurtful on both ends. if you and another person just don't get along, then avoid each other. also, we don't want any in character fights working their way to out of character conflicts. if a disagreement or arguement arises, we encourage you to solve it yourself, but if we must, the staff will step-in if we have to ( though we really don't like getting involved with that sort of stuff. ) act your age please!

003. at the moment we will be allowing the use of curse words, but please don't go around saying a certain word every other sentence or something unreasonable. also, using curse words against another member is considered disrespect and therefore is not allowed! if the staff decides to ban a certain word, we will not tolerate people trying to get around that ( for example, typing s.hit )

004. this site will obey the proboards t.o.s. , so that means no racial, religious, etc. comments and we will use black out or fade out when posting mature posts.

*005.* this is an important rule. no stealing will not be tolerated. believe it or not, plagorism is against the law and any member who is found to steal from another person will be banned.

joining & characters
001. you may have as many characters as you can manage. but only one character per account.

002. you may not role-play until your bio has been accepted.

003. stick to the form. some people like to be creative and change the titles a bit, which is fine as long as you have all the required information.

004. no perfect characters! this means no outright gorgeous people with flawless looks and the best personality and the perfect past ( we don't want a lot of horribly tragic histories either ). this also means that you can't create a bunch of very experienced riders. please vary your characters, especially their riding abilities ( have a mixture of beginngers, intermediate and advanced riders )

005. for your play-bys ( celeb claims ) please don't use someone who as already been claimed and stick by your choice ( its annoying having to change the play-by thread ). also, it is your responsibilty to post on the play-by claims. if you fail to do so and someone else claims the person you were using first, then sorry but you will be asked to change your play-by. you are allowed to reserve a play-by.

006. please include your character's name in your screen name. you can use symbols and such in your screen name (at the end, not the beginning), but it looks silly when a member goes around as "ponygal0130".

007. when you apply, you can apply as a citizen, a college student, a teacher / staff member of the stables, a boarding student ( meaning they come from out of city or state and live at the school in the dorms ) or a day student ( meaning they live in town and stay at their house during the school year ).

008. the number of horses per character is unlimited, but please be realistic. no one is going to bring ten horses to a boarding school! remember that the school also provides horses for students who don't own horses.

role-playing
001. no power-playing or god-moding ( ask if you don't know what that is )

002. please try to post at least 200 words per post. this shouldn't be much of a problem, but if it is for you, please talk with a staff member and we will help.

003. some mature content is allowed, such as drugs, curse words, etc. but please keep it reasonable and don't abuse this rule. also, if your characters plan to have sex, please use a warning and fade out. this rule is subject to edited if seen fit. ( characters are allowed to get pregnant on this forum, so if you talk with the admin if you want your female character to have a baby )

004. be realistic. no flying horses please!

005. even though this is a stable role-play, all posts must be made through a humans point of view.

006. please no double-posting / bumping.

007. also, please use spell / grammer check.
